The perfect connection arose in 1997 out of the merger of two companies, Stema Engineering of Kvistgaard, Denmark and Peddinghaus of Bitburg, Germany, resulting in a new company, Pedax Bitburg Maschinenbau GmbH, which took over the activities of the former Peddinghaus Bitburg.
Since spring 2011 PEDAX has bundled its strengths even better and has reorganised: Stema and Pedax have become PEDAX – one company with a common corporate identity. Employees at both locations – PEDAX A/S in Kvistgaard, Denmark and PEDAX GmbH in Bitburg, Germany – dedicate themselves jointly to the quality of their products and the success of the company.
